Shipping & Delivery
Please allow a maximum 3 days for processing and shipping on all orders placed during the business week. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All orders will be shipped via FedEx Express or USPS. Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination zip code.

Returns & Replacements
If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 30 days after sale date and we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange. Also note that we are unable to offer refund, replacement or exchange on any goods mishandled, damaged or abused by the customer.

We will process your returns as quickly as possible and will notify you via email after the refund, replacement or exchange is processed. If you have a shipping or billing address change, please notify the Sam Brocato Salon prior to any replacements or exchanges. If no address change is necessary, all exchanges/replacements will be sent to the address on file.

Please allow a maximum of 14 business days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed. Thereafter, your payment will be refunded by Sam Brocato Salon as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 45 days after processing.
